So you have a crush on someone. Everyone does. It is perfectly natural and exciting, even if you are already in a loving relationship. Be truthful, do you think about your partner all the time during sex or masturbation? They could be the hottest man/women in the world, but it is sometimes wicked to let the mind play havoc and drift onto someone else. Just don’t confess of this fact…EVER.
It is not only women who grow nervous around men they fancy. Men can too. I have been out with a couple of shy men, and it is impossible to get them to make the first move. This is why I like confident men who pounce. Nothing sexier than pinning a girl against the wall and rubbing a hard dick against her thigh.
So what is stopping you from asking out your crush? Do you fear that he/she will decline your offer or laugh in your face? Remember, these are YOUR conscious thoughts that are affecting your life choices. True, I’ve fancied men in the past and done fuck all about it, but not any more. I have been turned down more than once, but I have also had some great dates, and all because I took the initiative, fucked off my pride, and just got on with it.
If you do feel nervous about asking someone one, try this quick method beforehand to gain a little confidence. Emotional Freedom Technique works on subconscious thoughts that may be halting your natural flow of life. Anxiety and stress are just two of the things you can work on. You can also use EFT in a positive way, but in this instance, I shall give you an affirmation to state that will delete your inner worry. Rate your current level of worry from 1-10.
- Use the index finger and middle finger of your dominant hand to start tapping between your eyebrows. State, “Even though I am fearful of rejection because I do not believe in myself, I choose to love and completely accept myself now.” State it with conviction.
- Move to the side of your eye, and state, “Even though I am fearful of rejection because I do not believe in myself, I choose to love and completely accept myself now.” Believe in what you are saying, this gives the statement power.
- Move the fingers to tap under the eye gently, and state, “Even though I am fearful of rejection because I do not believe in myself, I choose to love and completely accept myself now.”
- Now tap under your nose, and shorten the statement to “Fear of rejection,” three or more times.
- Now tap under the chin, and repeat, “Fear of rejection,” three or more times.
- Tap on your collarbone, stating, “Fear of rejection,” several times.
- Now tap under your arm, stating the same, “Fear of rejection,” several times.
- Repeat this entire process two more times, and then take a deep breath to allow the mind to shift away this negative thought.
Repeat until your worry has completely disappeared. You may have to perform the tapping technique three or four times, but each time it will reduce your tension.
If you prefer to use Emotional Freedom Technique in a positive way, you would tap on the same seven acupressure points, while stating positive statements, ie. I am so full of confidence in all areas of my life now, or I am a magnet for attraction now. There are tons of videos on Youtube on how to use EFT with positive affirmations.
So what is stopping you asking out the man/woman of your dreams. Only the power of your mind is holding you back. Rejection is not the end of the world. There are billions of people in the world, and not everyone is going to match your current energies. Take rejection with a pinch of salt. Be courageous with your decisions.
