I guess consumers have no rights any more. I’ve been listening to the scumbags at Consumer Direct, and none of my letters to the flight company have initiated a response. Now I feel like a fucking fool because I said that I would be seeking legal advice, Consumer Direct said they would pass my claim onto Trading Standards, and now they are saying that “depending on TS’s workload, they may not be able to help me.” Well what the fuck are they for anyway, probably to support the greedy banks.
I tell you the fucking advice given in the UK from these so called morons on 0870 numbers is bullshit! I have been robbed of £504.00, I have no flight ticket to the US, not that I was ever wanted there anyway, and it is fucking theft. Guess I’ll just have to take this matter to court.
It sure as hell helps me to rant about it on my blog. Could do with a deep hard fuck against the wall right now. Mmm.
