I love to dabble with essential oils, and I added a couple of drops of vanilla and lemon to my dried pot pourri a couple of days ago. The smell drove me in like a fly to shit. I loved it. I burnt the same couple of drops in my vaporiser, although the smell wasn’t as strong. Never have I found two essential oils that matched quite as well as this.
I got out my little sample tins, added a little olive oil and four drops of vanilla and four drops of lemon essential oil. This divine scented fragrance will make you smell naturally seductive to your partner. A lot of the top notes in perfumes and aftershaves are made using vanilla essential oil, but you get none of the benefits because of their dilution in alcohol. The smell is very different to the shop bought sweetly scented vanilla. It is a lot more musky, but it is very horny. I feel sexy and powerful when I dot my home made perfume on my pulse points.
Ingredients:
- Small tub or old perfume bottle
- Lemon essential oil
- Vanilla essential oil
It doesn’t matter which essential oil you use first; both are potent. Per 10ml of fragrance, use 6 drops each. A little goes a long way with essential oils. Also, because you are using oil as the base rather than drying alcohol (used in perfumes/aftershaves) the fragrance will be last longer than normal.
Benefits of Lemon Essential Oil
It calms the mind and reduces stress, anxiety and other problems that stem from nervous tension. Just the scent of lemon is refreshing to the spirit, and it can help to remove any negativity. Other health properties of lemon essential oil is how it alert and concentrative it can make you feel. As well as lemon being a stimulant to improve energy, it calms the mind and will help insomniacs. When used regularly, lemon essential oil boosts the white blood cell count in the body, and also improves the circulation.
Benefits of Vanilla Essential Oil
As well as its aphrodisiac properties, vanilla essential oil works on the mind, body and spirit to combat depression, relax the body, boost the immune system by neutralising free radicals, and acts as a sedative in times of stress. Natural Vanilla Essential Oil is scented very differently from vanilla scented air-fresheners. Both vanilla scented foods and vanilla scented fragrances do not use natural essential oil of vanilla but components derived from hydrocarbons. It will uplift the spirit, but not as much as the real vanilla essential oil would.
Vanilla Essential oil helps to stimulate hormones in men (testosterone) and women (oestrogen), and it is will help sufferers of impotence and frigidity. If you dot essential oil of Vanilla on your body your mood will instantly uplift and signs of depression will vanish. It is a natural mood enhancer. It is a great oil for insomniacs because of its sedative properties.
I can attest to the powers of both lemon and vanilla essential oils. I have felt a lot calmer and happier since I have been burning these oils together, and now I have added them to olive oil and dot them around the pulse points on my body, I feel a surge of contentment. It smells absolutely divine, and it will work to enhance your own natural pheromones as I believe nature works with nature.
