I suppose I’m lucky in that I have always loved to exercise. Before I passed my driving test I walked everywhere and it kept me so fit. Two things I love in life are sex and food. There’s no way in the world I would live on two sticks of celery and a carrot stick to stay wafer thin. I am a curvy, athletic girl so no point trying to change my figure into something its never going to be.
Exercise boosts the sex life like nothing else. During exercise, especially if you like to keep at it regularly, different stages of euphoria are reached. When those stages of euphoria are reached, I cannot say. I had one in boxing after a couple of months training, and one during an hours spinning session. I felt absolutely fantastic; so happy and content inside. It’s difficult to explain. I do think you have to enjoy exercise though.
For me, I buzz off difficult exercises that cause perspiration and push out my aggression. Boxing is perfect for me and I’ve been doing it for about five or six years now. I think the reason why most people join the gym is to get healthy and lose weight, not necessarily because they enjoy it. If you can learn to love exercise whether that’s by developing a crush at the gym or working toward a long term goal to fit into a pair of skinny jeans or something, use a positive mindset and visualization tools to achieve that aim. Your mind is the most powerful computer in the world. You can learn to like anything if you think about it enough.
Exercise changes people’s lives, but you must learn to enjoy training. There are tons of activities, one doesn’t have to become an olympic triathlete to become fit. I like weight training, mountain biking, spinning, boxing training, and skipping. I hate running, tennis, and golf. So exercise boosts the sex drive easily by:
- Increasing stamina and agility. Regular stretching after exercise and cardio exercises build stamina in the body. This is effective during sex so that kama sutra moves can be experimented with and kept at for longer;
- Toning the body. Any form of exercise is perfect for guys/girls who are a little paranoid about leaving the light on during sex. I must also add that girl on top is fantastic for toning the thighs and ass;
- Releasing endorphins. The body’s own natural pain relievers and cause the body to feel content and calm;
- Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. This in turn allows you to have longer, stronger, more intense orgasms;
- Boosting enjoyment. Sex is one of the most enjoyable exercises in the world, and orgasms are infinite. Get as many as you can in this life.
- Pain relieving. Like I always tell others, masturbate or have a quickie sex session to get rid of a migraine is better and much healthier than relying on painkillers, which only suppress the body’s natural endorphins.
You’ll surprise yourself how regular exercise de-stresses your mind and makes you much more randy. The first step is to find out what you like. Even walking or power walking – at a much faster pace – is effective and fantastic at boosting the basal metabolic rate (the rate at which the body burns calories at rest).
