The Benefits of Orgasm

Orgasms are wonderful and actually give productive health benefits if experienced regularly. The orgasm is the body’s way of remaining balanced. Stress occurs in the body on many levels and what better way is there than to rid that stress through sex and orgasm.
When the body orgasms, it releases endorphins, which are the body’s natural pain killers. When are pain killers used, for headache, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and many other symptoms, such as the common cold.
Why not try out the benefits of an orgasm? A good masturbation or sexual session will heat up the body, get the heart pumping, and cause the body to gently perspire. This works on the cardiovascular system. The body can release in many ways. For some it is just plain tension release, for others, it is something stronger and meaningful. Some women may even break down after orgasm. I think this is something to do with the closeness they feel with their partner or an unbeknown subconscious tension release inside of them that they cannot explain.
It’s so easy to get in the mood, just read or think about something that arouses you. If you’ve got a hot boyfriend/girlfriend, think about what you’d like to do to them if they were with you right there and then. If you’re shy, think about what it would feel like to take over as a dominatrix? Do you feel sexy, confident, and ready for anything? Sexual confidence is a fantastic feeling and nothing to be ashamed of.
Next time you have a headache, rather than take those addictive painkillers, which some are, try an orgasm instead. Orgasms also burn calories, especially if it’s a long rub, reduce a cold, and tighten the vaginal muscles, so it’s fantastic for women who have given birth. It may also lower blood pressure, over time. Most of all, an orgasm is natural and should be a natural occurrence in the body.
