No amount of expensive face cream, whether it contains gold particles, collagen, or even frankincense and myrrh can turn back the years. Nowadays, there is surgery, if you have enough money. Cutting the skin to turn back the years looks good yes, but why mess with mother nature?

I had a thought tonight after participating in two classes at the gym, which afterward made me more fresh faced than any foundation or fake blusher could offer, and I thought the best way to look ten years younger is to get the blood pumping. Niacin (vitamin B3) is wonderful at boosting the circulation naturally, orgasms bring a sexual flush to the skin, and exercise pumps the blood.
Add them all together, for example, have a hot sex session in the morning, work out during the day and don’t forget to pop the vitamin in the morning, and in a couple of days, you skin will look youthful, dewy, and full of life, all without the expensive price tag.
I watched a silly advert for a new lip plumper/primer for older people yesterday on TV. A simple way to plump the lips naturally is to use cinnamon oil or gently pat the index finger and third finger over the lips repeatedly for one minute. Peppermint also works wonders. Don’t give your money to those ridiculously expensive pharmaceutical companies.
Another thing while I’m on the subject. Skin does not look pore free in reality. On TV, the camera ideally hides imperfections, pores to make you think that when you buy the product, you will have skin like the supermodel advertising it. Same with magazine advertisements and mascaras. The best mascara I have found, by the way, is a cheap and cheerful one from Collection 2000. It is in bright orange packaging and is only a couple of quid.
